All meals are prepared and cooked in a cloud kitchen centralised to the delivery area, ensuring that the food delivered stays fresh and timely. With the help from their delivery partner Foodpanda's extensive network, the operator promises to deliver each order within 20 minutes.
When I was at the launch, I witnessed the excitement from Max von Poelnitz, the founder of NOSH and Spoonful, about bringing his business into Singapore's market. It was a short and sweet introduction he made.
With NOSH, GA, and Sesami offering different types of cuisine, consumers are treated to a variety of food options to satisfy their immediate cravings.
I had the privilege to try some of their offerings and they are really delicious! ( Pictures of food below are catered for media launch day and differ from its menu, kindly check their menu for exact items for your orders. )
NOSH
NOSH offers healthy California cuisine with its selection of Burrito bowls, salads crudites and vegetarian options. Lean meats, fresh vegetables and foods low in saturated fats are the order of the day, great as a light lunch or an afternoon snack. Each meal will boast a low-calorie count of between 400 to 600 per serving and have been carefully curated with a high-protein with low-fat content; ideal for weight watchers and the health-conscious.
GA
GA roughly translated to 'home-cooked', offers a selection of heart-warming Chinese favourites, reminiscent of Cantonese style comfort food. Apart from serving dishes close to the taste of home, the brand will also launch the Impossible meat in some of its dishes, made from plants as a healthier alternative. GA was designed by a team of Hong Kong-based chefs with a focus on comfort food and affordability.
Sesami
Sesami features Japanese cuisine which is not only nutritionally balanced but also beautifully packed in Bento boxes.
In Singapore,
Spoonful Meals currently retails via the Foodpanda delivery platform for direct consumer business and corporate orders can be made via the Spoonful app.
