As Tracy's wedding is nearing and we are her bridesmaids, our dear Jessie came out with a surprise by bringing 'Bride-To-Be' and 'Bridesmaid' sashes for us and suggested that we do Skechers Friendship Walk 2019 with our sash on and throughout. It was indeed an interesting idea and making this Fun Walk a unique and memorable one! Turning a Fun Walk into a Hens Walk!!
We arrived an hour early for some photo taking opportunities but as soon as the Goodie Bag Collection Booth opens, the mass of people start to form a long queue. We joined the queue shortly after. To be honest, i think the crew did a pretty good job with handling the super long queue and some even came out to issued the goodie bags. We were one of those lucky ones who got our Goodie Bags along with the Friendship Quest Game Booklets even before we reached the booth.
4:00 pm : Event Site Opens! Start of Friendship Quest Games.
4:45 pm : Opening Speech.
4:50 pm : Warm-up by Gold's Gym!
5:00 pm : Flag Off! 4 KM Walk.
6:00 pm : Cool-down session by Gold's Gym!
7:00 pm : Lucky Draw for 1 year free supply of Skechers Shoes!
We did not managed to complete the Game Quest in time as all the game booths queue were super long. However, we did managed to get ourselves Yoghurts and HL Milk by Marigold.
Im loving the tone of the dusty blue Skechers Friendship Walk 2019's tee and it's old school theme! Happy with how all the photos turns out too!!
Met Deadpool and spiderman at the start of the walk and had a photo opportunity with them. Check out Tracy's post on what Deadpool did to her after seeing her sash!! (A second surprise for Tracy! HAHA!!)
