This November, The Kitchen Table presents Spice It Up, a ‘Food from the Heart’ rendition that will pep up your culinary repertoire and pique your senses, starting from 9 to 19 November 2015, on Monday to Thursday, 6.30pm to 10pm, priced at SGD65++ per person.
Inspired by the vibrant Indian culture, the supplemental menu takes on a repertoire of creations with a refreshing twist and brilliantly captures the essence of the Indian food culture with an exquisite selection of kebabs, naans, biryanis and curries.
The menu will feature India's best known and most enjoyed culinary exports such as the fragrant Chicken Tikka Masala (boneless chicken cooked in Masala gravy), Lamb Jalfreezi (Spicy Tomato Gravy, Coloured Peppers) and the signature char-blistered Tandoori favourites including the Seekh Kebah Lazeez, Tandoori Murgh Angara, Ajwaini Sword Fish and more.
Also on the supplemental menu is the Chicken Mullagatawny, a fragrant spiced chicken curried stew based on rice flakes, herbs, spices and lemon wedges blended together in layers of flavours, a mastery of taste, technique and texture.
