Season 3 started off with a different scenery from the previous two seasons, in beautiful Italy, where Dr. Hannibal Lecter is out hunting openly. A series even darker than before with Bedelia "observing" and soon "participating" following Hannibal's act of killing. She mentioned, "It was reckless" and "I was curious", revealing much of Bedelia’s inner darkness. The dark and haunting series "Hannibal" returns for a third season, revealing the fates of characters hanging in the balance, and the continuing psychological cat and mouse games they face.
After the shocking events of the season two finale, Hannibal Lecter (Mads Mikkelsen) is on the run in Europe - accompanied by his psychiatrist Bedelia Du Maurier (Gillian Anderson) - sporting a new identity, but servicing the same insatiable appetite. As the lives of Will Graham (Hugh Dancy), Jack (Laurence Fishburne) and Alana (Caroline Dhavernas) converge toward Hannibal again, each with their own motivations to catch him once and for all, their deadly dance turns in startling and unexpected way.

Tahitian Vanilla Confit Salmon
Tahitian vanilla confit of scottish salmon, fennel, orange and black olive salad. Love the clean and smooth texture of the salmon.
Chicken & Cheese
Tender chicken breast, reconstructed cheese slice, mountain yam puree, tarragon infused whey.
Slow cooked pineapple in vanilla syrup, pistachio & white chocolate crumble, cardamom vanilla ice-cream. An interesting combination of pineapple with vanilla giving the palate a tropical adventure.
